Abby was adopted when she was a baby from China by Karen and Pat Schatzline. This home, Abby's House is a "thank you" to Jesus for the amazing blessing He has bestowed upon this incredible young woman. In this new home, young girls will escape the grasp of the traffickers, and find their destiny in Christ.
Karen says, "from the very beginning we know that Abby was destined to be our daughter. Every child has purpose. Every child is valued and belongs. Karen, Abby and Pat believe that together we
can provide a place of refuge for the broken and hurting. We believe that given love, the right environment, encouragement and provision, every child can flourish and overcome and succeed. Abby believes she is an overcomer and not a victim. Jesus made a way for her to find her forever family. She, along with Karen and Pat, decided it was her destiny to help The Orphans Hands create a place to awaken warriors to their purpose. That is the heart beat of Abby's House. Will you join the vision?

The Orphan’s Hands knows the pain of losing a young life due to the lack of a bed.
Vatra Village will offer hope for up to ninety young lives who stand at the threshold of being lost to the curse of human trafficking. Six homes arranged around a village green were originally built eight years ago and were never finished. We have been given an amazing opportunity to acquire these homes and save a generation of kids. By providing a bed, Hope, education and the Gospel, the orphan will be transformed into a missionary!
Vatra Village will be more than just a safe haven for young lives for years to come. We see it as a base of operation into other parts of Eastern Europe. Sadly, the need that is so desperate in Moldova is all too common in neighboring countries like Ukraine, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania and many more.
This beautiful home will save 15 lives from the hell of human trafficking
